About the author
Hey hey, friend. Welcome! I’m Sarahi! 👋🏼😃
I’m a single mother of three, proud of my Hispanic roots, and someone who has always felt deeply connected to people. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a natural ability to understand people, recognize patterns, and see beyond what’s happening on the surface. But like many of us, I spent years living through patterns I didn’t fully understand.
It wasn’t until I began diving deep into psychology, neuroscience, human behavior, and my own healing journey that everything started to make sense. I wasn’t just healing. I was breaking free from old beliefs, old conditioning, old versions of myself. And it led me to one powerful question:
How many people are living trapped in patterns they don’t even realize were never truly theirs?
That question became the foundation of Breaking Free From Me, and of everything Breaking Free Society is becoming. I’m honored to be part of your journey. 🤍
