A real story & a roadmap
A single mother of three. A daughter of deep Hispanic roots. A woman who spent a lifetime reading the people around her, until she turned that same attention inward, and found beliefs, identities, and conditioning that were never hers to begin with.

A note from Sarahi
Welcome! I’m Sarahi! ππΌπ
First off, I want to thank you for being here! Whether you’re reading the first two chapters, preordering the book, or simply exploring this space, I’m truly grateful our paths have crossed. ππΌ
A little about me. I’m a single mother of three, proud of my Hispanic roots, and someone who has always felt deeply connected to people. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a natural ability to understand people, recognize patterns, and see beyond what’s happening on the surface. π
But like many of us, I spent years living through patterns I didn’t fully understand. π€
It wasn’t until I began diving deep into psychology, neuroscience, human behavior, and my own healing journey that everything started to make sense. I realized I wasn’t just healing. I was breaking free from old beliefs, old conditioning, old versions of myself. β¨
That journey changed everything. And it led me to one powerful question:
How many people are living trapped in patterns they don’t even realize were never truly theirs?
That question became the foundation of Breaking Free From Me.
This book was written to help you understand yourself on a deeper level, to recognize the patterns, beliefs, and identities shaping your life, and ultimately reconnect with who you truly are beneath it all.
So if you’re here, I believe that’s not by accident. And I want to congratulate you, because choosing self-awareness is one of the most courageous things you can do. ππΌ
My hope is that this book challenges you, awakens something within you, and brings you closer to the person you were always meant to become.
I’m honored to be part of your journey. π€
